For some, breakfast is a necessity, while others start the day without it. Not everyone is creative in the morning. If you belong to a group of fit ones, and you look for the right recipe for a healthy and nutritious breakfast, we have one for you. After all, there is never enough healthy inspiration in the morning.

 

Breakfast for champions with JJ68

Ingredients

  • 300 ml of milk (you can also use plant-based milks – almond, coconut, soy milk)
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 2 spoons of BE WELL cocoa protein

You can add:

  • fruit – blueberries, banana, raspberries
  • nuts and seeds – almonds, cashews, macadamia nuts, chia seeds, hemp hearts or flax seeds
  • nut butters – almond, peanut
  • maple syrup or honey
  • cocoa nibs

 

How to make

Bring milk to a boil. Add the oatmeal and cook po dobu for 60 seconds, stirring regularly. Reduce to a low flame, addthe BE WELL protein powder , and cook till your desired thickness. If necessary, season.
