Ingredients
- 300 ml of milk (you can also use plant-based milks – almond, coconut, soy milk)
- 50 g oat flakes

- fruit – blueberries, banana, raspberries
- nuts and seeds – almonds, cashews, macadamia nuts, chia seeds, hemp hearts or flax seeds
- nut butters – almond, peanut
- maple syrup or honey
- cocoa nibs
How to make
