It is ready in a few minutes, and you can even fix it the day before. In the morning, you just take it out of the fridge and add anything to your liking. You can have porridge not only as a hearty breakfast, but also as a healthy snack that gives you all the energy you need. And thanks to chocolate, both children and adults would fall in love with it.

Oatmeal porridge with JJ68 BE WELL cocoa hemp protein

You need:

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 120 ml of milk (can be oat milk) + a little for melting the chocolate
  • 3 pieces of chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of JJ68 BE WELL cocoa hemp protein
  • half a banana
  • variety of nuts

Preparation

Put 120 ml of milk, 1 spoon of chia seeds and 3 spoons of oatmeal in a sealable container. Mix, close the container and let stay overnight - at least 12 hours - in the refrigerator.

The next morning, melt 2 pieces of chocolate. Melt the 3rd piece of chocolate in a little bit of milk and add a tablespoon of JJ68 BE WELL cocoa hemp protein. Mix both chocolate mixtures together and spread on the prepared oatmeal. Garnish with sliced banana and nuts to your taste.
